Software Trainer
Job Description
Conduct Training and Assessments for freshers.
Create Training Courseware and Artifacts.
Mentoring of fresher batches.
Proactively plan and execute the additional responsibilities assigned.
Candidate is expected to have at least one Primary and one/more Secondary competencies in below domains:
The consultant should have 1 to 3 years of overall experience.
Primary Skills
Should be well versed in Java, Core Java Script, Spring, Dot Net, CSS, CSE.
Should have good communication skills and should be a proactive contributor.
Should have a flair for teaching and mentoring.
Secondary Skills
Should be capable of motivating freshers and generating interest towards coding.
Should be smart and enjoy his/her work.
